How are my prints delivered?
Within the United Kingdom, prints are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery as soon as they have been printed. Delivery prices are available once you decide your quantity in the shopping basket. We aim to deliver within 5 working days. If this is not possible you will be informed immediately. If you need a faster delivery time this may be possible. Please contact Howard Shooter for details.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes we can deliver world wide. Prints will be delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery prices are available once you decide your quantity in the shopping basket.
How do I pay?
You can make an order using the paypal facility on the site.
Do you have a returns policy?
We hope you will be very happy with your prints. If for some reason you are unhappy please let me know within 5 working days of receiving it. Please wait for an acknowledgement and then send back the artwork. We will replace it with new prints or give you a full refund.
How do I look after my picture?
For all archival prints, the best long term treatment is to try to keep the prints out of direct sunlight, framed.
Can you print other combinations of prints from your website
The concept behind the print packs are that the combinations are available for a limited quantity and amount of time. This keeps costs down and increases the exclusivity.
Can I buy signed individual prints?
Yes, you can buy individual prints, which will be signed. These will carry a higher price and will be numbered and signed. Please contact Howard Shooter via the contact link for prices and to check availability.
